Included in every tier

  • Your own published event page
  • Unlimited ticket types & prices
  • Photo gallery and schedule
  • Attendee list & CSV export
  • Refunds and order management
  • Direct deposits via Stripe

The one other cost is Stripe's standard card processing — 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction — which every platform pays and we don't mark up. You can absorb it or build it into your ticket price.

The difference

A 3.7% cut doesn't sound like much. Then you do the math.

Reunion committees run on volunteer time and thin margins. Ticket-fee platforms quietly take a slice of every single sale — money that was meant for the venue, the caterer, or the memorial fund.

We charge one flat fee for the event and nothing else. Ever.

That's $504 back in the reunion budget — about eight more dinners.
Questions

Honest answers about the money.

Still unsure? Email hello@reunionly.app and a person will write back.

What exactly does the flat fee cover?+

Everything Reunionly does: your published event page, unlimited ticket types, attendee management, CSV export, order refunds, and direct payouts. It's charged once, when you publish the event — not monthly, and not per ticket.

So you really take nothing from ticket sales?+

Correct. Ticket money goes from the buyer's card to your bank account through your own Stripe account. We never hold it and we never take a slice of it.

What about credit card processing fees?+

Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per successful transaction. That's Stripe's fee, not ours, and it's the same rate whether you use us or build your own checkout. Most organizers build it into the ticket price.

What if I pick the wrong size tier?+

You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. We'll also nudge you when you're getting close to your limit, so nobody gets turned away at checkout.

Do I need a Stripe account?+

Yes, and it takes about two minutes to create one from inside Reunionly. It's how you get paid directly instead of waiting on a payout from us.

What if we have to cancel the reunion?+

You can refund every order with one click, and we'll refund your flat fee too. We're not interested in keeping money for an event that didn't happen.

Ready when you are

Free to start. Nothing to pay until you publish, and nothing taken from your ticket sales after that.
